Dr. Raina Jain

Established in 2000, with the noble aim of providing education to the youth of India, the Witty Group of Institutions is an Organisation founded and promoted by the noted Educationist Couple Dr. Vinay Jain & Dr Raina Jain under the aegis of VJTF Group of Companies. Both are Merit Ranker Medical Graduates having converted their passion for education into their profession. Both are well known personalities in the field of education today.

Witty Group of Institutions is the result of intensive research and dialogue with Parents, Students and Institutional heads from various parts of the country. The aim behind establishing this Organisation has always been to provide a holistic education that enables growth, optimism, hard work and an all round development with a better understanding of the cultural, moral and social contexts of one’s lives.

There is no denial to the need for quality education in India. Only a literate, critically thinking young population will be able to ensure a balanced and sustainable growth in the country. Schools are the primary platform for delivering this.

Dr. Vinay Jain is widely known for his seminars, workshops and his research work in the field of education. He has deeply researched on the need of students and parents today. This has resulted in a continuous process of innovation, both, in teaching methods as well as learning systems. Once conceived, these are put into action in the system. Such practices and their resultant outcome constitute a rich body of knowledge exclusive to Witty International School.

The school’s role goes beyond imparting only curriculum-based knowledge. It creates and maintains an environment that allows the individual student to develop himself/herself while acquiring the skills and attitude required to evolve into an active and responsible citizen.

In recognition of this, the Group established their maiden venture, Witty International School in Ramchandra Lane, Malad West in the year 2001 - 02.

WIS - Malad WIS - Malad operates at 100% capacity and has more than 1550 students on roll as on date and is ranked amongst the best Institutions in Mumbai. The school is affiliated to University of Cambridge, UK for CIE and offers IGCSE course. The school is strategically located at a very prominent location in the heart of Malad West in a densely populated residential area. The total staff strength in this school is around 150. Hundreds of admissions are rejected per year by the school owing to shortage of space and over demand.

WIS - Udaipur WIS - Udaipur was recently launched in the year 2009 and the school has around 475 students in the 3rd year of its operations and is operating at 80% current capacity. The school is affiliated to the CBSE Board and proposes to introduce IGCSE curriculum next year. The Group has also sought approvals for launch of a Girls college in the said campus. The 4 acre school campus is located at a prime location on the main Nathdwara road on NH8 highway. The total staff strength in this school is around 100.

Launching Soon... WIS – Pawan Baug, Malad West, WIS - Borivli (w) (under construction) are poised to launch in 2013 and 2014.

Witty Institute of Teachers Training – WITT The Group also runs its own Teachers Training College under the brand name ‘Witty Institute of Teachers Training – WITT’. The Company is also engaged into training the Trainees from reputed Institutions like Nirmala Niketan College, SNDT Girls college etc. The Company also provides services in the field of remedial education under the brand name ‘Witty Inclusive and Special Education – WISE’.
